Family Picture

We finally have a nice picture with all of us together. Our awesome friends Matt (photographer & photoshopper) & Emily (lighting) snapped a few shots of us for the price of a few tacos and a couple funnel cakes, and in the end, we somehow got out of paying for the funnel cakes, so an even sweeter deal for us :) Just kidding. (Thanks so much guys!)

So here you are. I hope you enjoy Brandons gummy smile and Bridgers lederhosen shorts as much as we do.

Motorhome Trip

So, back at the end of July, the kids and I left Ben to slave away at work to fly down to So. Cal. and leisurely cruise all the way back home in a motorhome. Let's just say it was an adventure.
Bridger at the airport, ready to hop on a plane.

We got to visit my Grandma & Grandpa, she made us a feast. She is such an awesome cook and Grandma! I also got to see Todd a little before we left, this is not the greatest picture of either of us, but whatevs.
Here we are in the motorhome with a couple of my Dads other Grandkids. Did I mention it was a little crazy, cuz it was.

We went to Yosemite, my favorite place to camp ever. Partly because of childhood memories and partly because its awesome. The kids had a blast. Brandon was so proud that he could climb up this rock. This year I actually saw a bear in Yosemite, in fact my aunt was just inches away from one once while we were there. SCARY!! but exciting that I actually saw one after all of these years!

This is Jasmine & Jeremiah. They came with us on our trip. They are pure energy contained is child size bodies. They were really funny, and liked to ask me WHY Brandon always asked WHY. Did I mention that the trip was a little crazy? I think I did.

Here are Bryan's (my brother) & Melanies daughter. It was awesome that we got a chance to see there house in Folsom and spent a little time there. Gracie and Isabella are the cutest girls. I love them!

Brandon on the slip and slide.

And here is the biggest puzzle of them all. You see, this kid here is as white and blond as you can get, how in the world could he come out of me? Bens family has some strong genes.

That's it

I still have a couple things I want to post on here, but I think that is enough for today. I think I'll post some more in a couple days.

Lave Hot Springs

Back at the end of May, we got to go to Lava Hot Springs with Spencer & Erin. It was a bit rainy and chilly but we still had a great time together. Spencer & Erin are awesome!

While we were there we drove out to Chesterfield, Idaho. It is a church historical site, that is extra special to us because Ben's Grandpa Jensen actually lived in the cabin we are standing in front of.

Ben's brother took this cool picture of it on a different Chesterfield trip.

Different Summer Pictures

Geode hunting with Grandpa Jensen.
Brandon's first very own skateboard. Bridger is jealous.
Wo! Close up!
Mule Days carnival, right here in Star, Idaho.
Ben's little sister graduated high school a month or so ago. It was really cool because her graduation was at the Provo tabernacle, that was way cooler than the Marriot Center. Except for actually it was way hotter, I was sweating like crazy. Jasmine is awesome!

Brandon & I outside of the tabernacle. It was such a nice night.

Happy Anniversary

May 19th was our 9th Anniversary! 9 years baby! We went to the aviary at Liberty Park. It was really cool. Liberty Park is awesome. I'd never gone before, but that place is really awesome. I want to go back and do the paddle boats. We stayed a this really cute Bed & Breakfast in Salt Lake called  Parrish Place B&B. We loved it, it was a nice day without kids and getting to spend some (much needed) one on one time. Thanks to Ben's family for watching the kids :) We didn't take a bunch of picture, but here is Ben feeding the ducks with a peacock getting uncomfortably close.
