October is here!

Like most, I love this time of year, it's the best! I've had the urge to make something pumpkin for the last couple weeks, but I told myself to wait until October, when it is more appropriate :). Mmmm... I am so ready for pumpkin bars. Those are my faves so I'll start with those.

I made a Halloween craft - a Halloween sign. Both Ben and I have a thing where we don't want to store a lot of decorations for any holiday's, but I still love holiday decor, so I don't know, the sign is small and not a big deal to store. I got the idea from an etsy store that make really cute signs.

So, last night, I went out with some friends, which was so fun! Anyway, Ben graciously stayed home and took "care" of the boys while I was out. This is how Ben takes "care" of the boys while I'm out.

Bridger was actually fine, poor kid. Besides that they had a great time together & I had a nice break away :)

Ouch! Poor Bridger, some days it amazing that kids survive when mom is gone. ;-)
That is a really cute Halloween sign.
Hard to believe it's already that time of year again.

Poor Bridger! (I tried not to laugh, but I couldn't help myself.) Maybe you'll have to bring him along to GNO next time...

What!? Kelsey, you are missing out on LIFE if you haven't had a pumpkin bar! It is one of our all time favorite desserts. I think I'll make something with pumpkin soon too.
Cute sign.... you'll have to share with us how you made it. Is it paper or fabric?

Ok, I totally can't stop laughing! I am only laughing because I read that Bridger was fine before I even played the video. That is a classic Dad thing to do. I am so glad you got it on video.
PS I love the sign.

I tried not to laugh! Poor guy. What's funny is I got home from girls night and Lily had a big bonk on her head because Luke had thrown her in the air and tripped and couldn't catch her in time. Is all the pain really worth the 3 hours of fun we get? ummm-yes!!!
