I would rather see this than this

I am just dying for the spring/ summer to come. I am going so crazy staying in all day. I am so looking forward to being outside wearing shorts, getting tan, having light until late at night. Mmm...I swear the thought of summer is the thing that is keeping me going right now. The forecast for us is just snow and clouds for the next 5 days. When we moved here people said they pretty much never got snow. Bull!! This is definitely as bad as a Utah winter. Anyway, I love love love the spring, summer and fall and can't wait for it to come. Ben and I are planning on doing a vegetable garden this year and I'm really excited for that. I'm excited to hang out in our backyard, having bbq's, going to farmers markets, exploring Boise and the cool stuff they have to do out here, especially their lakes and parks. Cannot wait!!

Bridger is 5 months old

Bridger turned 5 months old yesterday. He is so fun. He has started to eat solids. He can roll over both ways now. He love to chew on his toys and smiles and laughs a lot. He love it when Brandon gives him attention and Brandon loves to give it, so it works out great. It's funny with Brandon I felt like I just wanted him to get older fast so that he could do more stuff, but with Bridger I just want him to stay little and not to grow up. Bridger has just been a great baby so far.

Soccer

Brandon just started in a little soccer team. He loves it! He is so funny to watch because he really doesn't play. He is the youngest on the team and he basically just twirls around or gets tangled up in the goal nets. It's fun to watch, hopefully he starts trying to kick the ball instead of running away from it. The video is funny it because you can see him just running around in his own little world.

Just a thought

Does it ever bug you that on these blogs some peoples lives are seemingly so perfect? For some reason if kind of bugs me. Just a thought.

Sick of being sick

We're sick again. Ben is the only one that is well. Brandon, Bridger and I have a crummy head cold. Piece of crap, we are so sick of being sick. So, anyway, I haven't posted in awhile, but I can't think of much to write, we have 4 pictures on our camera, so I'll just post those. Sorry, not much happenin'




The other day Brandon went outside with Duncan on a leash. Duncan pulled him too fast, brandon slipped on some ice and totally face planted. He got a fat lip and some scrathes on his face and hands. Poor guy.

Bridger is 4 (and a half) months!

Bridger had his 4 month appointment yesterday. He is doing great. He is such a fun little baby. He weighs 18 pounds, which is a lot but is back on the doctors charts so that is great. He's in the 90th percentile on weight and 75th on height. Poor guy got four shots in his fat little legs, too. Other than that he is as strong and healthy as can be. Brandon on the other hand has his second ear infection in a row (also, the second in his life) I swear the poor kid has been well maybe 5 days since mid November. I guess this is what he gets for rarely ever getting sick before :(

Snowy Day

Christmas Vacation

We got some snow here in Idaho. Ben and Brandon had a snow ball fight.



Brandon got a tool bench for Christmas. He loves it!

On Christmas Day we got to be with my Mom and also spend most of the day with Bens family. It was a really nice day.

Hope everyone had a great Christmas! It was a fun one for us this year. Brandon LOVED it, and that is what really made it fun for us. We got to go down to Utah and spend some time with family and friends and travel through some crazy snow on the way back up. We're bummed we missed some of you guys while we we're in Utah, hopefully, we'll catch you guys next time.
