Easter Weekend

Hope everybody had a happy Easter.

We had a nice weekend. Brandon had a great time with all of the Easter Egg hunts. We had one at the church, one in our subdivision and one at home.

I made some Easter cookies for fun. They were kind of a lot of work, but they were delish.

The Easter bunny a.k.a. Grandma Jensen gave Brandon some Easter gifts. He loved all of them. He really like these bathtub soap paints.

Of course we colored some eggs. Ben always does the best ones and isn't too shy to brag.

And last, but definitely not least. I am an aunt to a beautiful new baby. Ben's sister Krystal just had her baby over the weekend. She looks so cute, look at her little face. I can't wait to hold her. Her name is Ariana (not sure if that is how they spell it). She weighed 5 lbs 14 oz.

Last Weekend

We had a really great weekend. We had a few visitors. Ben's Mom and sister Jasmine came up from Utah & my Dad and Alexis came up from California. It was SO much fun to spend time with them. We miss them. Brandon was spoiled rotten!! It was like Christmas for him. Each grandparent couldn't resist buying toy after toy. My Dad and Alexis got to meet Bridger for the first time! It was just so much fun spending time with our family.

We all got to go to the Discovery Center here in Boise. It was awesome. We all had such a great time. Fun for everyone. Brandon especially loved the mini supermarket, he stayed in there for at least a half hour just shopping.

It really hurt!! Just kidding, it wasn't bad, but I don't think it would be smart to roll over.

Brandon pulled himself up high on this chair, it was pretty cool and he loved it.

Shop until you drop. Brandon just filled up cart after cart and both Grandmas put
cart after cart away.

Ben & I had a chance to be without kids and go on a date, but we
were so tired we just went a starbucks and just relaxed.

My Dad bought Brandon a kite. Brandon was crazy for it. He just loved it.
Brandon got really tangled up in the kite string. I barely got a picture of Ben finishing untangling him. It was funny.

Bridger had his 6 month check up and weighed a whopping 20 lbs. That would explain my huge biceps if I had huge biceps :)

A long time ago Ben and I used to look at this website called www.engrish.com and we it was so funny. What is Engrish? Engrish can be simply defined as the humorous English mistakes that appear in Japanese advertising and product design. Something I saw today reminded me of the website and I thought I'd share some of the funnies I found. The first one , I actually found at a store here and I gave it to Ben in his stocking for Christmas because he is an intelligent connoisseur of dark chocolate and because it is only for men :). I hope you think they are as funny as a do.
