Red Gate

We've been working on our backyard again. We fenced in our garden area. Ben made a cool little gate for it and surprised me this evening by painting it red, reminiscent of our Provo house gate (pictured below). I love it.

Arianna

Krystal got married!

The main reason we went down to Utah was so that we could see Ben's sister, Krystal get married and be there for her baby Arianna's baby blessing. Everything, went perfectly, and they had a big turn out.

And I hate to toot my own horn, but I single handedly decorated this magnificent wedding cake, just kidding, but it turn out pretty well, I think. I've never done a wedding cake so I was really nervous, but it turned out great I think.

Ben's brother got engaged!

So, while we were in Utah, Ben's bro Dan proposed to his now fiance, Pam. It was way awesome. He had a bunch of people involved doing a scavenger hunt type thing and at the end was a nervous Dan, a crying Pam and a super awesome ring.

Sorry Dan, I know you hate me for putting this picture up. Too bad so sad.

For our part of the scavenger hung we had to wear some embarrasing Dr. Suess hats up by Bridal Veil. It was a lot of fun to be a part of it, even if everyone passing by had to stare and wave.

Pam has a cute daughter that is about Brandon's age. It will be so fun to have some new cousins close to Brandon's age.

And this is Pams son, Toby. He's 7 year old. He's missing like all his front teeth, it is so cute.

Look at this unbelievable ring!! It is so beautiful.

Uncle Carlos

Okay, look at this huge whopper of a candy in Brandons mouth. Brandon ate about 5+ of this huge chocolates given to him by his newly favorite person, my Tio (Uncle) Carlos. :)

Utah

We got to go to Utah last weekend. We had a lot of fun and little rest. We got to visit some friends while we we're down. Here are some pictures of Ben, Brandon and some of our awesome friends, Matt & Emily (& baby Will) playing some frisbee golf. 

Kelsey visit

Well, probably the same people that would care that Kelsey came for a visit check Kelsey's blog too, so this is old news to you, but I thought that I let you know again. It was way fun to have her come over to my house. I know how crazy it can be traveling with a baby and doing a bunch of family stuff, but it was awesome that she came over with little Marble, I mean Mabel. Brandon called her marble by mistake and thought he was pretty funny, so he just kept on saying her name that way. Cute at first. We got to see Bob (her husband) and her mother in law as well. It was kind of crazy, while Ben and Bob were talking they figured out that Ben works with Bob's ex wife. So... just kind of weird. Anyway, this is the same picture found on Kelsey's blog, but I changed it up a bit by making it black and white and cropping it, so.........
